  • 1 1/2 lb
    pork belly
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 1/4 c
    kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • microgreens

How To Make kecap manis instant pot pork belly

    Season the pork belly with salt and pepper. In an Instant Pot, add the chicken stock, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Add the pork belly and pressure cook for 60 minutes.

    Quick release. Add the oil to a cast iron skillet. Add the pork, fat side down, and sear for 5 minutes. Place in a 400 degree F oven and roast for 20 more minutes. Serve with the sauce from the Instant Pot and micro greens.
