Ingredients For karla's zucchini pie

1/4 conions ; chopped

1/2 lbcountry sausage

4 cchopped or shredded zuccihi

1/2 csaltine cracker crumbs

1/2 cparmesan cheese

2eggs ; slightly beaten
-
salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cmushrooms ; optional

2 Tbspparmesan cheese
How To Make karla's zucchini pie

1Steam the zucchini just until tender ; DON'T over cook.

2In a skillet brown sausage and onion and mushrooms.

3Add the cheese , crumbs , eggs and salt and pepper. Fold in the zucchini.

4Pour into a buttered pie plate ; Sprinkle with 2 Tbs. parmesan cheese.

5Bake @ 350° for 45 minutes.

6Let stand 10 minutes to set before serving.
