I love the tangy taste of these pork chops. I've been making them for so many years and everyone loves them for their simplicity.

Ingredients For juicy, tangy pork chops

112 oz jar orange marmalade

1/4 corange juice

3 Tbspdijon mustard

1/4 cflour
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper, each

4boneless pork loin chops

2 Tbspcanola oil
How To Make juicy, tangy pork chops

1In a bowl, whisk together marmalade, orange juice and mustard. In a shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper.

2Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to low.

3Pour sauce over chops. Cover, simmer for 5 mins. Uncover and simmer another 5 mins, or until sauce is thickened and chops are fully cooked. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
