I love the tangy taste of these pork chops. I've been making them for so many years and everyone loves them for their simplicity.

Ingredients For juicy, tangy pork chops

    12 oz jar orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper, each
  • 4
    boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make juicy, tangy pork chops

    In a bowl, whisk together marmalade, orange juice and mustard. In a shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper.

    Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to low.

    Pour sauce over chops. Cover, simmer for 5 mins. Uncover and simmer another 5 mins, or until sauce is thickened and chops are fully cooked. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
