How To Make john's smoked bbq ribs
-
1Cut ribs in half so they fit in the smoker. Coat with dijon mustard. Sprinkle with the webber rub. Then rub in and sprinkle with brown sugar, rub in well.
-
2Cook at 225 degrees, in smoker with apple wood chips, for 3 hours.
-
3Take off heat, double foil wrap (so rest doesn't come out when back in the smoker). Put beer in with your ribs, which keeps it moist. Seal really well, then smoke another 2 hours.
-
4Remove from heat, unwrap. Smother in sweet baby rays bbq (or whatever sauce you like). Leave the foil open, don't re-wrap. Cook 1 more hour.
