This pork chop recipe is very good. It is a must around our house. Y ou can substatute cranberry juice for the peach marmalade and dried cranberries for the fruit

Ingredients For janet's pork chops with peach glaze

6pork chops

1 Tbspcanola oil
-
1 jarpeach marmalade
-
1 cansliced peaches
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbspvinegar
-
1/4 ccatsup
-
1 1/2 cvery hot water
-
1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1 pkgstuffing mix any brand (pork flavor)
How To Make janet's pork chops with peach glaze

1Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown well in a medium skillet with the oil. Place an a shallow baking dish.

2Heat the peach marmalade, brown sugar, catsup, and vinegar in a sauce pan.

3Brush part of the glaze on chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

4Meanwhile, drain off fat in skillet pour in hot water. Add butter and contents of season packet stir to melt butter. Add crumbs stir to moisten.

5Arrange chops to edge of pan and spoon in stuffing. Arrange drained peaches around chops and brush with remaining glaze.

6Bake 20 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
