My baby back ribs have been a hit at parties, groups and in My own back yard, the neighbors come over to see what's cooking at our house when you smell that sweet aroma. have done this recipe for 60 folks and they still comment about it.

3 pkgbaby back ribs
- 3 PACKS OF RIBS =9 RIBS
How To Make jack's baby backs

1Dry rub cayenne pepper to taste on ribs.

2Cook on charcoal grill, can be gas, (but tastes different) until ribs become flexible when you lift them in the center.

3Add BBQ sauce to ribs and repeat on other side. I prefer a plain mild sauce.

4Last step, drizzle molasses and brush on the ribs. Be careful to watch, will burn very fast. Sprinkle brown sugar into sauce and molasses and let it melt into the sauce.
