Ingredients For italian-style pork chops

1 tspolive oil

2 cfresh sliced mushrooms

2 Tbspolive oil

6boneless pork loin chops, 3/4"-thick

2 tspminced garlic

1 conion, chopped

114.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained

1-1/2 tspdried italian herb blend

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper

1 smgreen bell pepper, cut into strips

1 smred bell pepper, cut into strips
How To Make italian-style pork chops

1Heat 1 tsp oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms. Cook, stirring until tender. Transfer to a bowl.

2Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown on both sides about 7-10 min each side. Place chops on plate. Drain all but 1 tbsp drippings from skillet.

3Stir in garlic and onion. Cook about 5 mins, or until onion is tender. Pour in tomatoes, italian herbs, salt and pepper. Place chops back in skillet. Cover, simmer 30 mins. Uncover, top chops w/ mushrooms and bell peppers. Cook another 10 mins.
