2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1/4 cfennel seeds

1 tspground coriander

2 tsporegano, dried

How To Make italian sausage

1Mix together everything in a large bowl. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for a day or 2 to let the flavors blend. I usually separate mine into 1 lb portions and freeze. Use in all your favorite Italian dishes. If you like yours a little spicy you can add red pepper flakes.
