italian sausage pasta with mustard vinaigrette

I usually make a french bread sandwich with the ingredients in this recipe but I decided I wanted to make it into a pasta dish. I use the 3 colored vegetable pasta but you can use any short pasta, and the mustard vinaigrette gives it really great flavor.

Ingredients For italian sausage pasta with mustard vinaigrette

2 cshort pasta, cooked and drained

2colored bell peppers, chopped or thin slices

1/2onion, chopped

1-2cloves garlic

1 lbground italian sausage

3 Tbspdijon mustard

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

3 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1/4 colive oil

1 Tbspdried oregano

grated pecorino romano or parmesan cheese
How To Make italian sausage pasta with mustard vinaigrette

1In skillet brown sausage, peppers and onions, when done grate in garlic, cook about 1 minute longer. In a bowl whisk together mustard, both vinegars, olive oil and oregano. Combine cooked pasta, sausage mixture and musard together. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
