Ingredients For italian sausage meatballs

  • 4
    links italian sausages, casings removed
  • 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce

How To Make italian sausage meatballs

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

    In a large bowl mix the first seven ingredients until thoroughly combined

    Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper
  • 4
    Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes and then add them to your favorite marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce. Simmer with the sauce while you make the pasta
