This is a great recipe when you have a crowd to feed. This pork can be served on rolls, wraps, flat breads, or whatever bread you like. It will make about 15 regular bun type sandwiches. If you like pizza, you will like this dish. Yummy!

Ingredients For italian pork

  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • 15 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 8 oz
    pizza sauce
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    fennel seed
  • few dash
    bottled hot pepper sauce
  • rolls, buns, wraps or whatever you are going to use
  • 3 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make italian pork

  • 1
    Brown pork half at a time in skillet;drain well.
  • 2
    Place pork in slow cooker. Stir in rest of the ingredients; EXCEPT BREAD AND CHEESE. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low setting.

    Serve with cheese on top in rolls, in wraps, or whatever you want to use.
