i cook these great tasting dish for a bunch of us they are good for cookouts and i serve mashed potatoes and veggies with it

Ingredients For italian pork chops

  • 1/2 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1/3 c
    italian dressing
  • 1/2 c
    peogresso garlic and herb bread crumbs
  • 4
    boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make italian pork chops

  • 1
    in separate shallow dishes, place bisquick mix, dressing and breadcrumbs. dip coated pork chops into dressing, them coat with breadcrumbs.

    in 12 inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. cook pork in oil about 5 minutes or until golden brown, reduce heat to low.

    carefully turn pork. cook 10-15 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center. serve immediately.
