Ingredients For italian pasta/sausage supreme

  • 1 lb
    italian sausage sliced
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 pkg
    14oz each chicken broth
  • 15 oz
    water
  • 1 can
    15oz cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 can
    14.5 oz stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c
    baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 c
    currly colored veggie pasta

How To Make italian pasta/sausage supreme

  • 1
    Cook sausage, onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add the broth , water, cannelloni beans, stewed tomatoes, and the oil. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 8 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach, cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with the cheese.
