I love making Italian inspired dishes. This meatloaf is more like a giant meatball and would do well with a pasta dish at it's side.

Ingredients For italian meatloaf

1 lblean ground beef

1 lblean mild italian sausage

2eggs
-
1 1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned or plain

1 Tbspmrs. dash or likeness

1 Tbspparsley flakes

1 tspblack pepper

1 tsppaprika
How To Make italian meatloaf

1Pre-heat oven to 350, work the eggs and breadcrumbs into the meat, then add the seasonings to taste (my measurements are just a guide). Form what will look like an oblong 2 lb meatball. Set it into a 13x9 baking pan (I use Pyrex) and slide it into the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is cooked through.
