How To Make italian breaded pork chops

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.

2In a separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.

3Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Dip each pork chop into the egg/milk mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.

4Place coated pork chops in the skillet and brown for about 5 minutes on each side.
