Ingredients For hungarian sausage and noodle skillet

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lb
    pork sausage
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 1 sm
    jar pimentos
  • 3 Tbsp
    hungarian paprika
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 c
    fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped

How To Make hungarian sausage and noodle skillet

    Cook the noodles in salted boiling water drain and set aside. Meanwhile add the oil to a large skillet. Add the sausage and onion cook breaking it up until no longer pink.

    Add the pilmentos, paprika, and chicken broth. Bring to a low boil. Add the spinach and let wilt. Stir in the sour cream . Season with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles garnished with parsley
