Ingredients For hungarian pork chops

2loin pork chops, 3/4 inch thick

1 smonion, thinly sliced

1/4 tspcaraway seeds

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppaprika
-
1/8 tspdried dillweed

dashgarlic powder

1/2-1 cwater

1/3 csour cream

How To Make hungarian pork chops

1Trim fat from chops. Brown chops in small amount of hot shortening in skillet; drain off excess fat. Combine onion, spices and water; add to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or till pork chops are tender. Transfer chops to warm platter. Stir sour cream into sauce. Heat through but do not boil. Spoon sauce over chops.
