Ingredients For hot dog taco's

8nacho cheese hard taco shells

8hot dogs
-
1 mdonion
-
1 Tbspcanola oil
-
1 tspancho chili powder
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1 cmilk
-
8 ozqueso velveeta chopped

salsa
-
3 lgjalapeno sliced into rings and seeded

3 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
fresh cilantro leaves
How To Make hot dog taco's

1Place the sliced jalapeno's in the white vinegar and set aside.

2Add the oil to a large skillet and add the onions and saute on low heat until caramelized about 5 minutes. Stir in the Ancho chile powder. Add the hot dogs and cook until browned.

3Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the flour and cook until browned and smooth. Add the milk and cook until thickened. Stir in the Velveeta and cook until melted and thick.

4Place a hot dog in each taco shell. Top with onions, cheese, salsa. Drain the jalapenos and place on top of each hot dog and drop a few cilantro leaves
