Ingredients For horseradish dressing for meat

  • 4-6 oz
    jar of horseradish, drained
  • 1 pkg
    lemon jello
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 pt
    whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make horseradish dressing for meat

    Mix Jello and boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add salt, vinegar and horseradish. Allow to gel in fridge. Meanwhile, whip cream, adding sugar until stiff. Fold in to jello mixture. This is good on roasted or bar-b-qued meats. Makes 4-6 servings.
