  • PORK TENDERLOIN
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 2
    green onions chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • COMEBACK SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    mayo
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/3 c
    chili sauce
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    each worcestershire sauce and prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika

How To Make horseradish crust pork tenderloin w comeback sauce

    Mix all the comeback ingredients together and let set in fridge until ready to use.

    Mix the pork tenderloin with all the ingredients and place in a zip lock bag. Marinate the pork tenderloin for at least 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven 425 degrees.

    Remove the Pork tenderloin on a baking sheet. Rub the horseradish marinade on the outside of the pork. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes.
