Ingredients For honey pork oriental

2 lbpork shoulder steaks

2 Tbspoil

1envelope brown gravy mix

3/4 cwater
-
1/4 choney
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspwine vinegar
-
1 tspginger
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt

4carrots, thinly sliced
-
1 mdonion, cut into wedges

1green pepper, cut into strips
How To Make honey pork oriental

1Cut pork into 1" pieces. In small bowl, combine gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic salt. Set aside. Brown pork in oil in wok or large skillet. Add gravy mixture to pork; cover. Lower heat; cook 20 minutes. Add carrots; cook 10 minutes. Add onion & green pepper; cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
