1/3 choney

2 Tbspsweet & spicy German mustard (substitute stone-ground mustard)

2 TbspDijon mustard

2 Tbspfreshly squeezed orange juice

2 Tbspcanola oil
-
3 large clovegarlic, pressed

1/2 TbspHerbes de Provence
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

ground Himalayan pink salt, to taste

freshly ground black pepper, to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)

4 lgpork loin chops, patted dry
How To Make honey mustard pork loin chops

1In a medium bowl, add honey, both mustards, orange juice, oil, garlic, Herbes de Provence, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

2Place the pork loin chops into a large re-sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over. Close the bag and gently toss it around to coat the meat. Let the chops marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

3Bring the barbecue between 450ºF to 500ºF.

4Remove the pork chops from the bag to a plate and pour the marinade in a small saucepan. Whisk it and turn the heat on medium; simmer gently while grilling the meat.

5Place chops on the grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.

6Remove from the heat and tent a piece of foil over. Let them rest for 5 to 7 minutes.

7When ready to serve, pour hot marinade over.
