How To Make honey mustard pork loin chops

  • 1
In a medium bowl, add honey, both mustards, orange juice, oil, garlic, Herbes de Provence, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • 2
Place the pork loin chops into a large re-sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over. Close the bag and gently toss it around to coat the meat. Let the chops marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • 3
Bring the barbecue between 450ºF to 500ºF.
  • 4
Remove the pork chops from the bag to a plate and pour the marinade in a small saucepan. Whisk it and turn the heat on medium; simmer gently while grilling the meat.
  • 5
Place chops on the grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
  • 6
Remove from the heat and tent a piece of foil over. Let them rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 7
When ready to serve, pour hot marinade over.
