  • 3 LB
    pork fat
  • 4 TBSP
    sage
  • 2 TBSP
    red pepper
  • 2 TBSP
    salt
  • 2 TSP
    cloves
  • 2 TSP
    mace
  • 1
    whole nutmeg grated

How To Make homemade pork sausage or deer sausage

    GRIND THE PORK OR DEER THROUGH A GRINDER 2 TIMES,THEN ADD ALL INGREDIENTS.MIX WELL.SHAPE INTO PATTIES AND PLACE ON BAKING SHEETS.PLAC IN FREEZER BAGS AND SEAL .

    REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND THAW,THEN FRY UNTIL BROWNED ON BOTH SIDES.
