Ingredients For home-style pork chops

4boneless pork chops

1 mdonion, chopped

1 jar(12 oz.) pork gravy

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1/3 csour cream
-
1/2 can(2.8 oz.) french fried onions
How To Make home-style pork chops

1Cook the chopped onion in a large skillet until tender; remove and set aside.

2In the same skillet brown the pork chops on both sides; salt and pepper as desired. Stir in the gravy.

3Return the onions to the skillet. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes if pork chops are thin-cut; 45 minutes if thick-cut.

4Stir in the sour cream until blended. Simmer until thoroughly heated.

5Top with french fried onions and serve.
