1/4 clow sodium soy sauce

1/4 choisin sauce

1/4 choney
-
1 tspcrushed red pepper

2garlic cloves, minced

84 oz boneless center cut loin pork chops, about 3/4" thick

How To Make hoisin marinated pork chops, barb

1Marinate at least 8 hours.

2Combine soy, hoisin, honey, red pepper and garlic in ziplock. Add pork and seal. Marinate in fridge 8 hours or overnight. Grill on rack sprayed with PAM. Grill 3 min on each side.

3Store in fridge up to 2 days. Reserve 4 chops for the salad.
