    soy sauce, dark
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sherry
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    truvia
  • 1 pinch
    five spices

How To Make hoisin-five spices marinade for pork

    1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour (see Pork chapter, "Roast Pork" and "Barbecued Pork Strips").
