herbed pork chops
I usually cook these on a stove top griddle. But you can do them on an electric grill or an outdoor grill.

Ingredients For herbed pork chops

4pork chops, boneless

1 tspturmeric, ground, divided

1 tspmarjoram, dried, divided

1 tsptarragon, dried, divided
How To Make herbed pork chops

1Preheat grill to medium. I use a griddle on the stove top.

2Evenly sprinkle each chop with 1/4 tsp. Marjoram, 1/4 tsp. turmeric and 1/4 tsp. tarragon.

3Gently rub the herbs into the chops.

4Place the chop on the grill. Cook on the first side about 7-10 minutes.

5Flip the chop over and cook for an additional 7-10 minutes or until cooked through.

6Be sure not to brown the outside too much without the center being cooked. If they start getting too brown turn down the heat.

7Serve.
