Ingredients For herb pork tenderloin

2 lbpork tenderloin

2 tspdried basil

2 tspdried oregano
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper

olive oil
How To Make herb pork tenderloin

1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

2Wash and dry pork thoroughly. Once patted dry, rub with olive oil (~ 1 – 1.5 Tbsp) on all sides.

3Mix all herbs, as well as salt and pepper, in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pork and gently rub into tenderloin.

4Place pork into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

5Bake for approximately 30 minutues or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees at the thickest part of the meat.
