1 lbitalian pork sausage

1 mdonion

1 clovegarlic

1 cangreat northern beans

1 cangarbanzos, cooked

1 canbeans

1 mdzucchini

1 lgcarrot

How To Make hearty italian sausage soup

1Brown Italian Sausage at medium heat.

2Diced medium onion.

3Cube zucchini. Julienne carrots.Mince 1 garlic clove. slice 1 jalapeno pepper.

4Open two cans of diced tomatoes.

5Drain and rinse 4 can of beans: cannelloni, red kidney, northern, and garbanzo beans.

6Add the onions and garlic to saucepan. saute to translucent state. Stir in other vegetables and tomatoes. Stir in beans. Add low sodium Italian seasonings, about two teaspoon. Add 8 cups of chicken or turkey stock. Bring to a rolling boil. Lower heat and simmer for about an hour.
