I love quiche, but it can be fattening, so I made it healthier, w/out losing any taste.

Ingredients For healthier ham/broccoli quiche

1/2 cheart healthy bisquick mix

1 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

1 creduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
-
1/2 ccooked, diced ham
-
2 cfrozen broccoli florets, thawed

1 clight cream
-
2eggs, beaten
-
2scallions, chopped
How To Make healthier ham/broccoli quiche

1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine baking mix, onion powder, salt and pepper.

2Stir in both cheeses, ham and broccoli. Add cream and beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan.

3Bake 25-30 mins, or until set. Sprinkle w/ scallions while still hot.
