I always like to keep pineapple in the cupboard just for this recipe. So easy to make. Do some hula dances and you'll feel right at home, lol.

Ingredients For hawaiian pork chops

120 oz can pineapple chunks, drained, liquid reserved

1-1/4 cketchup

1 Tbspbrown sugar, light

1 Tbspcider vinegar

3carrots, sliced into 1/2" rounds

1/2green bell peppeer, cut into chunks

2 Tbspolive oil

4boneless pork loin chops
How To Make hawaiian pork chops

1Heat oven to 350. In lg saucepan, heat reserved liquid, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar over medium heat for 5 mins.

2Stir in pineapple, carrrots and green bell pepper. Remove pan from heat. In lg skillet over med-high, heat oil. Brown pork chops on all sides. Plca chops in a baking dish.

3Spoon sauce over chops. Cover pan w/ foil. Bake 1 hr, or until juices from the pork run clear. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
