I always have a pork chop or chicken recipe that everyone loves. This is quick & easy. So easy even my friend who can't cook can do it.

Ingredients For hawaiian pork chop

2 tspvegetable oil

4pork chops, bone-in

1red & yellow pepper, coarsely chopped

2 canfat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1/4 ccatalina dressing

1-1/2 tspgarlic powder

1-1/2 cinstant white rice, uncooked
How To Make hawaiian pork chop

1In a large nonstick frying pan heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops & cook for about 5 mins on each side or until browned on each side.

2Next add in the remaining ingredients all except the rice & mix well. Bring to a boil.

3Then stir in the rice, cover pan & cook over medium-low heat for abotu 5 mins or until chops are done (160F). Then remove from the heat & let stand for 5 mins.

4Special Tip: You may substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves. Just brown on each side for about 5 to 6 mins.
