Ingredients For harvest ham rolls with zippy sauce

1 1/4 lbground, fully cooked ham

1/2 lbground beef

1 lbground lean pork
-
1 lgegg, beaten

1 cmilk
-
1 1/2 cgraham crackers, crushed

-salt to taste

-pepper to taste

1 cantomato soup
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1 tspdry mustard

1/3 ccider vinegar
How To Make harvest ham rolls with zippy sauce

1HARVEST HAM ROLLS: Mix ham,beef,pork,egg,milk,grahm crackers,salt and pepper. Using 1/3 cup for each, shape into 24 rolls. Place in a pan (13" x 9" x2").

2ZIPPY SAUCE: Combine tomato soup,brown sugar,dry mustard,cider vinegar. Mix well and pour over rolls.

3Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
