Ingredients For happycook diva( slow - cooked pullapart pork)

  • 2/3 c
    of good worcestershire sauce.
  • 1/2 c
    heinz ketchup .
  • 1/4 c
    firm packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    any kind tomato pasta
  • 1 1/2 md
    of white onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp
    .yellow dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    of white cider vinegar
  • 3 1/2 lb
    bonelless pork shoulder (.remove the fat and cut into 4" pieces)

How To Make happycook diva( slow - cooked pullapart pork)

    IN 6 quart crook pot mix all ingredients.EXCEPT THE PORK.HOLD that thought. ONCE the ingredients are mixed well,now ADD THE pork, turning everything over and let cook. COVER and set on LOW for 8 to 10 minutes.

    REMOVE pork shred with two forks . After all the pork is shred.Returned it back to crock pot and ,add and stir into sauce.

    TO SERVE ,spoon 1/2 cup onto a sandwich bun,Or flat sandwich bread. Serve with small garden salad,and nice long ice tea with some lemon. BF .HD,Canadain.?
