This super easy casserole is creamy and flavorful. It's simple to throw together with leftover holiday ham and turkey. The filling is like a chicken pot pie and adding savory ham makes this delicious. The baked biscuits on top are great to sop up all the yummy filling. When it first comes out of the oven, this casserole is a little runny. But when it cools a little bit everything thickens up.

1/2 conions; chopped

1/2 ccelery; chopped

1/4 cmargarine or butter

1/4 call-purpose flour

1 1/2 cchicken broth or boullion

1/2 ccream or milk

2 cham; diced

2 cturkey; diced

3 ozcan mushrooms pieces; drained

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1/2 tspAccent seasoning

1/4 tspsalt and pepper

1 canmixed vegetables; drained; 14 oz.

How To Make ham & turkey bake

1Cook onion and celery in butter; blend in flour.

2Stir in broth and cream; cook to a boil.

3Stir in the meat, canned vegetables, mushrooms, and seasonings.

4Pour into a greased baking dish.

5Top hot mixture with the biscuits.

6Bake at 350 degrees until the biscuits are baked.
