Ingredients For ham stuffed baked potatoes

4 lgbaking potatoes

2 cfully cooked ham, ground

1 cmayonnaise or miracle whip

1/2 cswiss cheese, grated

1 smgreen bell pepper, diced
-
1 smjar of sliced pimientos

2 Tbspminced onion
-
1/4 cmild cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make ham stuffed baked potatoes

1Scrub potatoes; bake at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done. Cut a slice from the top of each potato and scoop out the inside and cube.

2Toss the cubed potato with the ham and next 5 ingredients; spoon mixture back into potato shells.

3Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and heat 1-2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
