I have no idea where I got this recipe and I've tweaked it a bit over the years. The first time I ever made this, I totally messed it up, but it was still really good! The look on people's faces when they try it for the first time is priceless! Since it makes so much, its a really good pot-luck dish.

Ingredients For ham loaf

2 lbground ham

1 1/2 lbground pork

2eggs
-
1 cdried bread crumbs (or more)

1 cevaporated milk

Scant 1/4 capple cider vinegar

1/8 tspground black pepper

1/8 tspsalt (but you really don't need it)

2 Tbspdry mustard

1/2 cbrown sugar, packed
- FOR THE GLAZE

1 cbrown sugar, packed

1/4 capple cider vinegar

2 Tbspdry mustard
How To Make ham loaf

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a large bowl, combine the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, salt and ground black pepper. Mix all together well and form into a loaf. Place loaf into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350 for about an hour.

4While the loaf is baking, mix up the ingredients for the glaze.

5After the loaf has been baking for an hour or so, pour the glaze on it and bake it for another 20-30 minutes.
