My mother made this when I was growing up and I always loved this recipe. It's not dry nor is it to salty. Hope you all like it also. :)

Ingredients For ham loaf

2 lbground ham
-
2 lbground pork
-
3eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
1/4 lbgraham crackers

1/2 tspsalt
- SAUCE
-
1/2 cwhite vinegar
-
1/3 cwater
-
1/2 cbrown sugar

1 tspdry mustard
How To Make ham loaf

1Mix milk and crackers first, then add other ingredients and mix together well. Then shape into one large loaf or 10 to 12 individual loaves.

2Mix ingredients for the sauce together and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours for single loaf, or 11/4 hours for individual loaves. BASTE OFTEN.

3This is an easy recipe and good. Makes good sandwiches also the next day. Enjoy!
