Ingredients For ham loaf
- HAM LOAF

1 lbground pork
-
1 lbground smoked ham
-
1 1/2 coats, quick cooking

1/4 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed
- PINEAPPLE GLAZE

1 cancrushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 Tbspwater
How To Make ham loaf

1Ham Loaf Mix first 6 ingredients together, lightly press into a baking dish(loaf or square) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hr or until the center temperature reaches 170 degrees. Serve with pineapple glaze.

2Pineapple Glaze Put pineapple and juice in a sauce pan over med heat and add brown sugar to taste. I like mine sweet and use about 2 tbsp. Add cornstarch to water and mix thourghly. With pineapple simmering stir in cornstarch water. Stir until thickened. Serve with Ham loaf.
