Ingredients For ham jambalaya

3 Tbspolive oil

2 lgonions, diced

1red bell pepper, diced

1green bell pepper, diced

2 lggarlic cloves, chopped

28 oztomatoes, canned, diced

2 cham, diced

1/2 cdry white wine

1 tspdried thyme
-
1 tspdried basil

1 tsppaprika

1/2 tspcayenne

3/4 clong-grain white rice
How To Make ham jambalaya

1Heat oil in large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers and garlic; saute until beginning to soften, about 10 minutes.

2Mix in tomatoes with their juices, ham, wine, thyme, basil, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil. Gradually stir in rice.

3Cover pot. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until rice is tender and most liquids are absorbed, about 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
