This Ham dinner is great served with Corn bread or Hot Buttered Rolls. Best of all its all in one Pot, your Crock pot, and will serve 6. This is a great "NO TIME TO COOK" RECIPE. This holiday your family will think you slaved over the stove for hrs. . . the secret is in the one pot.

TIP: SWEET POTATOES; After you buy your Sweet taters, Brush off any dirt, But "DO NOT WASH THEM". Sweet Potatoes should be handled gently since their skins are very thin. Store them in a cool dry & dark place. They will keep for up to 2 weeks at Room temp. DO NOT REFRIGERATE SWEET POTATOES, because they can develope an off flavor and not be as tasty.
