This was originally my Nana's recipe, but it has since been altered and updated a bit by my mother and myself.

Ingredients For ham cassarole

2 cham, cubed

7-8 ozegg noodles, cooked to package directions

1 ptsour cream
-
1 cancream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

2/3 ccanned milk, milk or water

1 cbread crumbs
-
1 cfrozen peas (if desired)

1/4 tsponion salt
-
1/4 tspcelery salt
-
1/4 tspground pepper
How To Make ham cassarole

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Place cooked noodles in a baking dish.

3In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, celery salt, onion salt, and pepper stirring until smooth.

4In a medium saucepan, mix the soup and liquid of your choice, over medium heat until smooth. Stir in the the sour cream and cook until heated through. Toss in the peas if desired.

5Add the diced ham and pour over the noodles, stir to combine. Top with the bread crumbs and cover lightly with foil.

6Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
