It sounds odd, but it is soooo good! It is a dish a friend of mine turned me on to. She is originally from Pennsylvania and told me it is a penn-dutch recipe. It freezes just beautifully too, just make the sauce up before you bake it. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ham balls
- HAM BALLS

1 lbground sausage

1 lbground ham

1 cbread crumbs, seasoned

2eggs

3/4 cmilk
- SAUCE

1 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwater
-
1/4 cvinegar

1 tspyellow mustard
How To Make ham balls

1Combine ham ball mixture and form into balls about the size of a cupcake.Place in a casserole dish.

2Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook over med-low heat until it boils and the sugar has dissolved.

3Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
