    COMBINE HAM, MUSTARD, ONION, EGG, MILK, AND CRUMBS; PLACE IN GREASED CASSEROLE

    CORE APPLES AND CUT INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES. ARRANGE OVER HAM MIXTURE, OVERLAPPING SLICES AROUND EDGE OF DISH. SPRINKLE WITH BROWN SUGAR AND DOT WITH BUTTER OR OLEO
