Ingredients For ham and vegetable linguine

1 lblinguine, uncooked

1 lbfresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch spears

1 lbmushrooms, sliced

2carrot, thinly sliced

1-2zucchini, diced
-
2-3 cham, cooked and julienned
-
1/4 cbutter + 1 tbsp olive oil

2 chalf and half
-
1 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 cpeas, frozen
-
5-6green onion, sliced
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cfresh basil
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
How To Make ham and vegetable linguine

1Cook linguine according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute asparagus, mushrooms, carrot, zucchini and ham in butter and olive oil until the vegetables are tender.

3Add cream, peas, onions, Parmesan, basil, salt, pepper and nutmeg; bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat; simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

5Rinse and drain linguine; toss with vegetable sauce and serve. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
