1 lgchopped onion

5 cpotatoes, sliced, cooked

2 cham, cooked and diced

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make ham and potato casserole

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Grease a 2-quart casserole.

3Melt butter; stir in flour and pepper.

4Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat and add onion, potatoes and ham.

6Pour into prepared pan.

7Top with cheddar cheese.

8Bake for 45 minutes.
