SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE AND DOT WITH BUTTER... ADD WATER TO COVER.. PLACE OVER LOW HEAT, PARTIALLY COVER AND POACH UNTIL TENDER, (APPROXIMATELY 20 - 25 MINUTES...
