Ingredients For grilled pork chops with brandy mushroom sauce
- PORK LOIN CHOPS

4pork loin chops, bone-in (1 1/2 inch thick)

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbspsage, dried

2 tspgranulated garlic

2 tsphickory salt
-
1 Tbspblack pepper,
- EASY BRANDY MUSHROOM SAUCE

2 pkgbrown gravy packet
-
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

8 ozportabella mushrooms, sliced
-
2 tspdry thyme
-
2 mdonions, sliced
-
1 Tbspgarlic, chopped

1 Tbspbeef beef base
-
1/2 cbrandy/whiskey
-
1/2 pthalf and half
-
1 tspcrushed red pepper (optional)

2 cwater
How To Make grilled pork chops with brandy mushroom sauce

1mix ingredients 2-4. poke holes in the pork loin chops. rub chops with mariade. put chops and marinade in a zip lock bag. marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

2preheat oven to 350 degrees. on a hot grill pan, grill chops for 5 minutes on each side.

3cook in oven until internal temperture reaches 145 degrees. remove, tent and rest chops. chops will continue to cook.

4meanwhile, add evoo to large heated pan. sauté mushrooms until golden brown. add onions, garlic and thyme, sauté until veggies are translucent.

5mix brown gravy mix and beef base with the water. add mixture along with pepper to sautéed veggies. add brandy and let simmer. add cream and simmer for an additional minute or so.

6plate and serve with your favorite veggie and taters. sw?!
