Ingredients For grilled pork chops

8pork chops, 1 inch

3/4 cketchup

3/4 cmaple syrup

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

3 Tbspbutter
-
3 Tbspmustard
-
2 Tbspvege oil
-
2 Tbspvinegar

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 tspgarlic powder
How To Make grilled pork chops

1Combine all ingredients except for meat into a caucepan. Slowly bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes. Cool.

2Divide into two-one gallon zip lock bags with pork chops. Refridge for 2 hours or overnight.

3Preheat grill to med high heat. remove chops from bag and bring to room temp. Grill 25 min, turning oftem and basting.

4Pour remaining sauce ina pan. Bring to a boil. Serve with chops
