4boneless center cut pork chops

1 Tbspdried Italian seasoning

1 jarroasted red peppers, drained (12 oz)

1/2 cmozzarella cheese, finely shredded

salt and fresh ground black pepper
How To Make grilled italian pork chops

1Rinse pork chops and pat dry.

2Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with Italian seasoning pressing into the meat.

3Grill at medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side. The internal temp should be 145 degrees.

4Place roasted red peppers on chops to cover.

5Top the peppers with the cheese, divided evenly between the four chops.

6Grill with the cover closed until the cheese melts.
